Staff carry a SmartRFiD badge and simply walk through. Every entry and exit is read as it happens — no tailgating, no clocking queues — so attendance is accurate and, the moment an alarm sounds, the muster list is already live.

Waste is barcode-scanned as it is collected; the drum it goes into carries a UHF RFID tag, read from around three metres away. Every movement is recorded with its location, date and time — a complete chain of custody, with no paperwork to reconcile.
